Guy W Bacon II

As one of the founders of Redwood Project, Guy has over 17 years in corporate finance and is responsible for all aspects of the foundations finances and strategic planning; including the development and management of budgets and the preparation of financial statements. He will report to the executives and the Board of Directors. Guy’s previous experience includes positions as Billing Analyst, Procurement Analyst, Assistant Controller, Controller, and Director of Finance, at times being responsible for over $100 million dollars annually. Guy has been deployed twice, once in 2003 to Iraq and again in 2010 to Afghanistan as a Combat Engineer, performing route clearance and intelligence gathering missions. In 2018, Guy retired from the Army after almost 22 years of service.
